INCHR Holds Two-Days Consultative Dialogue on UPR Recommendations in Gbarnga City.
The Independent National Commission on Human Rights (INCHR) is conducting a two-day Consultative Dialogue with stakeholders and Civil Society Organizations in Gbarnga, Bong County, from September 10–11, 2026.
The dialogue is being held under the theme: “Popularization of Liberia’s 4th Cycle Universal Periodic Review (UPR) Recommendations to Advance Women’s Rights: Public Engagement, Impact, and National Implementation.”
The engagement brings together key stakeholders and civil society actors to raise awareness of Liberia’s 4th Cycle UPR recommendations, particularly those relating to the advancement and protection of women’s rights.
The dialogue further seeks to promote meaningful public participation, strengthen stakeholder engagement, assess the potential impact of the recommendations, and encourage coordinated efforts toward their effective implementation at the national and community levels.
