Planning Internal Monitoring & Evaluation(DPIME)

The Department is responsible for involving the process of setting goals, developing strategies, outlining implementation arrangement and allocating resources to achieve objectives. It also tracks programs implementation and designing implemented outcome. It helps determine relevance, effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability. At the same time, it reviews feedbacks from internal and peer departments. They are the one driving the Commission works, while making sure that they are streamlined and effective, reduce delays, redundancies or bottenecks. Also making sure there are current tools, systems and workflow to meet teams need.
